This Site is intended exclusively for licensed businesses, retailers, and resellers purchasing for resale purposes. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that:

• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 10 units/SKU for Essential Tier, 20 units/SKU for Advanced Tier, 50 units/SKU for Elite Tier
• Discount Tiers: 30% (Essential), 40% (Advanced), 50% (Elite) off retail price, based on order volume
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time

3. Order Processing & Payment

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout
• By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method
• We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized use, or unusual activity is suspected
• All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors; Relaxcation does not store full payment card details

4. Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated
• Free shipping applies to orders over $300 (within the USA)
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers are outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
