Standard, non-custom wholesale products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, provided that:
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, tracking, and appropriate insurance.
Opened, used, altered, relabeled, damaged, custom-formula, private-label, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or short.
